Conclusion

Hydroxycut has been shown to work on many people.  However, it does work the most effectively by changing what you eat and how much you exercise.  It does boost your overall metabolism and energy and has been known to make you actually want to exercise and eat right.  When the cravings are curbed you do lose weight and you feel better about yourself.  The jury is still out on whether it is as effective as it once was, but many people who have tried it find that they will lose weight when on it.  Again, a consistent exercise and low calorie diet are needed for it to be as effective as they claim it to be.  Also, you need to drink more water before and after you take the Hydroxycut and it is important that you drink at least 8-8 ounce glasses per day.
