The UltraSimple diet plan is actually a book written by Dr. Mark Hyman who is also the author of the best-seller ‘Ultrametabolism: The Simple Plan for Automatic Weight Loss.’ The full name of the book, which gives information about the UltraSimple diet plan is ‘The UltraSimple Diet: Kick-Start Your Metabolism and Safely Lose Up to 10 pounds in 2 Days.’

It tackles, what the author feels, are the major factors that affect obesity, which are namely inflammation and toxicity. There are six simple steps that one must follow, to reduce weight under the aegis of this diet, which include:
