    Weight Watchers is a great diet! I am a gold key member, although I haven’t been involved for over 20 years. I now participate in Sparkpeople (Google it) and although it is free and good as well, it can never compete with the benefits gained from participating in a live group setting. I remember really feeling proud of the other women and men who would come in and announce losing a pound this week or two pounds the next. Watching peoples lives, including my own, change over the course of a few years and really getting to know the other members. Great review of a great program.
